YouTube Star Keenan Cahill Dead at the age of 27

Strong YouTube Kenan Cahillfamous for his lip-sync videos with celebrities, is dead.

kenan manager, David Graham, says TMZ… Keenan had open-heart surgery on December 15th but there were complications from the procedure and he was put on life . We’re told Keenan died Thursday afternoon in a Chicago hospital after being istered R.

Keenan had quite a following on social media…we’re told he was one of the first YouTube influencers to have over 500 million views on his channel.
